The sailing season has ended
The 2026 sailing season came to a close on the weekend of October 17 and 18 with two wonderful eagle and seal safaris in Stockholm’s outer archipelago!
We’ve had a truly wonderful spring, summer, and fall with Tre Kronor af Stockholm.
A series of wonderful adventures with both long and short sailing trips in Stockholm and the archipelagos along the east coast, to Åland, the Archipelago Sea, Västervik, Oskarshamn, Blå Jungfrun, Gdańsk, Visby, Helsinki, and so on…

Don’t forget to pay next year’s membership fee, and please feel free to bring a friend or family member to join our community. Your membership—and that of many others—is vital to ensuring that we can continue sailing the Tre Kronor under the club’s auspices!
The public part of the 2026 season wrapped up with our traditional “decommissioning sail” for volunteers. It’s an important activity for our active, volunteer members. We enjoy a pleasant finale during which all the sails are taken down while we sail “home” to Kastellholmen. This also marks the start of the important maintenance period, with the ship docked at the pier until spring.
You’re also welcome to volunteer! We have many different tasks for those who want to get involved. Of course, this includes ship maintenance—for which you definitely don’t need to be an expert. But other “jobs” are also very welcome!
We need help in several areas, such as our marketing and communications group, for example. We’ll share more in the next issue of Briggenblad.
