As a member of Föreningen Briggen Tre Kronor, you get to be part of realizing a fantastic dream. You join a unique community while supporting a square-rigged sailing ship. A ship built to sail for at least 100 years, with you, your children, grandchildren, and perhaps even great-grandchildren on board.

Facts about "Briggen Tre Kronor"
The story began when the brig Tre Kronor af Stockholm started construction in 1997 on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. Simultaneously, the friends' association was founded to assist with the construction voluntarily and to raise funds for the build. The ship was christened by Crown Princess Victoria as Tre Kronor af Stockholm and launched on August 27, 2005.
- The hull is built of oak with a deck of Siberian larch.
- Masts and yards (transverse spars/masts) of pine or larch.
- The 16 sails have a total area of 735 square meters.
- Painted surfaces are painted with linseed oil paint.
- Weight 325 tons.
