Swedish Archipelago Pearls – Island Hopping Oskarshamn – Nynäshamn July 13-17

Welcome aboard the brig Tre Kronor for a five-day relaxing sailing adventure as we island-hop our way through the most beautiful archipelagos of the east coast.
After boarding in Oskarshamn, we’ll cast off and set course northward. The route is lined with a string of islands, stretching nearly 150 nautical miles, and over five days we’ll follow the entire chain and take a closer look at some of its gems. Misterhult, Tjust, Gryt, St. Anna—the familiar names of the archipelago are many, and here they come to life as we pass them one by one along the way.
We sail between the skerries, lean back, and enjoy nature, the company, a good book, or actively participate in the sailing alongside the crew. As evening approaches, we anchor in a beautiful natural harbor where we can socialize on board and explore the islands up close. The next morning, we start with a hearty breakfast before the journey continues. We still have many miles ahead of us through the archipelago, and at times across the open sea. We’re now starting to feel at home on board, getting to know each other, and settling into the pleasant rhythm of life on a sailing ship where life is simple and the outside world slowly fades away.
Depending on the weather and wind, we’ll sail through beautiful inland waterways to find a new overnight anchorage, or we’ll head out to sea for the night, letting those who wish to try a night watch to see the sunrise at sea, or be rocked to sleep by the waves. Regardless, we’ll spend the evening socializing on board, and it’s with a touch of sadness that we’ll watch the port of disembarkation approach!
Once we arrive in Nynäshamn, we’ll say goodbye for now and go ashore to enjoy a few days at a different pace. We dare to promise some wonderful days on board with new friendships, experiences, memories, and perhaps a desire to come aboard again.

About Life On Board

During the day, as a guest, you’re warmly welcome to help sail as much as you’d like, or sit back and simply enjoy the experience, the company, and the surroundings—perhaps with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our dedicated crew will help you get settled, tell you about life on board, and let anyone who wants to help sail the ship.
Together with other guests and the crew, you’ll form a diverse group, both in age and background. This usually leads to a friendly and cozy atmosphere on board where everyone feels welcome.
Good food is an important part of life at sea, and our talented chef will serve you all your meals—and snacks in between! We promise you won’t be disappointed. Please remember to let us know about any allergies or special dietary needs when booking!
You’ll sleep in a regular bed in our comfortable 2- or 4-berth cabins, which you’ll share with your fellow passengers. On board, you’ll find most of the amenities we’re used to: electrical outlets, a toilet, a shower, laundry facilities, and more.
