Family sailing on National Day, the morning of June 6

Welcome aboard the brig Tre Kronor for a half-day sailing adventure where the whole family can sail a real ship together!

Do you know anyone you’d like to show the lake and the archipelago to? What could be better than doing it aboard a classic sailing ship, where we can all pitch in and enjoy it together?

We cast off and glide slowly away while letting anyone who wants to join in pull on the ropes and set the sails. Those who wish can keep an eye out for pirate ships, learn how to tie a knot, or perhaps take the helm alongside the captain and steer the whole boat themselves!
The rest of us enjoy delicious snacks, good company, and the beautiful surroundings.

Throughout the day, you’re more than welcome to join in the sailing, or simply sit back and enjoy the experience. Our dedicated crew will help you get settled, tell you about life on board, and let anyone who wants to pitch in help sail the ship. They might even share a few (sea) pirate tales along the way.

The ship is large, stable, and child-friendly, with high railings, plenty of open space, and lots of exciting areas to explore. You’re welcome to bring even small children, though they must, of course, be accompanied by an adult when moving around on board.
Please bring your own life jackets for children. Adults are not required to wear life jackets, but are welcome to do so if they wish. (In the event of an emergency, life jackets are available for everyone, but they aren’t particularly comfortable for everyday use)

Good food is an important part of life at sea, and our talented chef serves coffee, juice, and hearty snacks. We promise you won’t be disappointed. Please be sure to let us know about any allergies or special dietary needs when you book!
